HIVIMAR controls an efficient distribution of products from its headquarters in Guayaquil and additional branches in Guayaquil, Quito and Cuenca. We also work with 4,000 retailers located in every province throughout the country, servicing a national market.
After receiving the each shipment we check and certify the quality and state of each item and then properly store them in HIVIMAR’s warehouse for distribution.
Orders are taken through our call center department or sales agents. They attend the clients’ needs throughout the country.
Once the order has been made, the product is properly packed and dispatched by the warehouse in a maximum time of 24 hours and sent to the buyer whether it be a retailer or final consumer nationwide.
